Summary Experience

A Co-Founder and Partner, Frank has facilitated numerous property acquisitions for a diverse clientele, demonstrating his experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills in Land, Property and Real Estate practice in Ghana while working with various private clients and multinational organisations to close several land acquisition transactions.

He has led the Land, Property and Real Estate practice group to conduct meticulous due diligence investigations, providing comprehensive analysis and assessments to clients before property and land acquisitions.

As the practice lead, he has also drafted precise and tailored legal documents covering land, property, and real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

His achievements include successfully leading dispute settlements related to land and property matters, employing effective negotiation techniques, and utilizing litigation strategies, when necessary, both within court proceedings and through alternative dispute resolution methods.

Even though Frank has focused his practice on Land, Property and Real Estate, he is enthused by technology and still has an eye for the tech space. In 2022, he took a course in computer programming and was awarded a Python for Beginners certificate. In 2023, Frank made further strides in the tech space and has also completed a course in Data Analytics. 

Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Mountcrest University College. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
