Summary Experience

Mavis Asantewaa Yirenkyi is a Pupil-Lawyer at OAKS Legal. She was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2025 and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Human Rights Law from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a Diploma in Journalism and Media Studies from the Central University College.

Before her call to the Bar, Mavis gained valuable experience at the Ministry of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General, where she supported legal research, records management, and administrative functions. She also served as a Human Resources Officer at Jubay Avenue Company Ltd, where she developed strong skills in organisation, compliance, and interpersonal communication.

Her primary interests lie in Human Rights, Governance, and Justice, and she remains dedicated to advancing her legal career with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
