Faakor Fiadzigbey is a human resources management professional with over 18 years’ experience advising organisations on human resources management and labour law. She is skilled in developing and reviewing employment policies, ensuring regulatory compliance with national and international labour standards, and managing recruitment, training, capacity development and organisational development. She also conducts human resources-related surveys and assessments. 

She has worked with institutions and donor funded projects in Ghana and elsewhere. These include the West African Health Organization (WAHO) in Burkina Faso, West African Power Pool (WAPP) in Benin and its affiliated projects, including the CLSG Interconnection Project in Côte d’Ivoire and the WAPP/North Core project in Abuja, Nigeria. Other organizations she has worked with include Marie Stopes International Ghana, Oxford University (UK)/Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), Ahafo Linkages Programme (ALP) financed by IFC/Newmont Ghana Gold Limited, West Africa Fair Fruit Limited, NDK Financial Services Limited and Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) to mention a few.

Faakor holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, a BA in Sociology, a Bachelor of Law degree and a Diploma in Translation (English/French) from the University of Ghana, Legon as well as a Diplôme Supérieur d’Etudes Françaises (DSEF) from Université Cheick Anta Diop, in Dakar, Senegal.
